It's a wonderful protien . I am yet to analyze It's effect on my performance . But few things I noticed are as below
1. Easily digested , no bloating
2. Chocolate taste is pretty good
3 regarding the performance I can only inform after a months use
But I started with corebolics protien bars which were available at 24×7 in my state and they were really really good stood up to It's definition therefore I ordered your protien this time
